Neo-Post-Now Gallery (1992-1997)

Situated in the storefront space of our studio in downtown Manitowoc, Neo-Post-Now Gallery documented and exhibited the work of regional contemporary artists. To catalog the shows, the gallery published Art$lut zine featuring interviews, illustrations, and reviews. Off-season installations of our collection of thrift store paintings expanded on a project we did with Jimmy von Milwaukee’s Leo Feldman Galleries. Attracting crowds from around the region and the country to openings and exhibitions, NPNG connected us with curators, writers, artists, art fans, musicians, and freaks. Artists once represented by the gallery include: Dan Barry (Austin), Tom Butt (Oshkosh), Matt Fink (Milwaukee), Michael Garr (Minneapolis), Brent Hansen (Milwaukee) & Nigel (Fox Lake), Stanley Ryan Jones (Milwaukee), Sally Kolf (Las Cruces), Eric Lunde (St. Paul), Thomas Tulis (Atlanta), Jimmy von Millwaukee (Milwaukee) & Scott Sinclair (Milwaukee,1957-2012), and Bob Watt (Milwaukee, 1925-2012).
